The White Bear Lake Basketball Association provides the opportunity for boys and girls in 5th through 8th grade, living or attending school in the White Bear Lake District, the opportunity to participate in a basketball program which is highly competitive.

The White Bear Lake Basketball Association is currently governed by both By-Laws and Guidelines.

The Bylaws were updated and changes approved by a vote of the membership at the annual meeting in July. The updated Bylaws are available here (PDF) (DOC).
