For all team managers, you will find the most informative, update to date news on your positions, tips, notes and guides as you work with your coaches and team parents to have a successful and fun season.
As A Team Manager....
As a team manager with the WBBA, there is always a role to play. The most important role is support. You are the supporting staff for parents and coaches. A liason. Relieving the coaches from organizing outside of the game and its teaching, freeing them more time to spend with the players. Some of the tasks you may be asked to perform are duties like oranginizing team photos, ordering warm ups should your team decide to do so, game and practice uniform distribution and collection, help relay information to parents from coaches or the WBBA itself. You will be asked to help coordinate volunteers efforts during the season as well as manage practice information distribution and tournament schedules to families. Other tasks will appear throughout the season, especially the beginning and end.
The importance of this position is beyond measure. The expectation is that you do your best and help your coaches provide the best season they can to the players and their families. Know that you have the Association here and your Directors to help in any and every way that they can.
Uniform Cleaning
The Uniform Cleaning Instructions should be passed out to everyone family as the season begins. You may direct them to this page for care instrcutions as the uniforms at every level need special care during the season to ensure their durability and quality.
WBBA Forms
The forms provided by the WBBA to the players and their families to are the provide information and understanding.
As a Team Manager, you will need to be familiar of these and know that the Association is always here to lend a helping hand.
Parent Authorization
The Parent Authorization must be signed by every family at the beginning of the season as well. Make sure every parent and player has read to Authorization in full and signed to agree to the expectations upheld by the WBBA.

Director at Large
Another resource for equipment/uniform needs during the course of the season is the role of the Director at Large. This position is currently held by Dan Magnin. Go to the "Board" tab of the website for contact information.
At the start and end of the season, Dan will be the primary point of contact for the distribution and collection of uniforms, medical kits and other items that a team may need.
